At The Asian Culture, a brand by DDP Foods LLP, we are committed to delivering authentic, hygienic, and freshly prepared Chinese meals to your doorstep. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our service coverage, delivery timelines, and related terms to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas in Delhi NCR:

  • Ghaziabad: Vaishali, Vasundhara, Indirapuram, Raj Nagar
  • Noida: Sectors 61 to 73, 76 to 78
  • East Delhi: Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Karkardooma, Anand Vihar, Nirman Vihar

Delivery Timings

  • Regular Orders: Delivered within 30–45 minutes from order confirmation
  • Tiffin & Subscription Meals:
    • Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
    • Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Corporate/Bulk Orders: Scheduled as per prior agreement (minimum 24 hours notice required)

Delivery Charges

  • ₹0–₹49 for Swiggy/Zomato orders (as per platform policy)
  • Free Delivery on all direct orders via website or WhatsApp above ₹499
  • Special deliveries (e.g., late night, bulk, corporate) may attract additional charges

Packaging & Handling

  • All meals are packed in microwave-safe, spill-proof, and food-grade containers
  • Food is slightly cooled before packing to prevent spillage
  • Recommended: Reheat before consumption and consume within 2 hours of delivery

Failed Delivery Conditions

No refund will be provided under the following conditions:

  • Customer not available at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or civic restrictions
  • Restricted access to housing societies or office complexes

In such cases, food will be left at the reception/security gate after informing the customer.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Tiffin Orders: Cancel by 8:00 PM (previous day) for lunch, 12:00 PM (same day) for dinner
  • Subscription Plans: Minimum 24-hour prior notice required
  • Corporate Catering: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance
  • Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled or changed

Refund & Support

Refunds for issues like non-delivery (by our fault), incorrect order, or quality problems will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • COD refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after collecting required details.
