Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Asian Culture, we are dedicated to serving authentic, hygienic, and delicious Chinese cuisine delivered right to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Daily Orders (Meal Boxes & Combos):

  • Lunch: Cancellations must be made by 8:00 PM on the previous day.
  • Dinner: Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on the same day.

Subscription Plans (Weekly/Monthly):

  • Cancellations or modifications should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Bulk / Corporate Orders:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered due to our error, a full refund will be issued.
  • Wrong Order Received: Notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear evidence (e.g., photographs). After verification, we will process a refund or send a replacement.
  • Quality Concerns: If food is spoiled or fails hygiene standards, report within 2 hours of delivery with proof. Upon verification, a refund or replacement will be offered.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:

  • Customer was unavailable at delivery.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or external disruptions.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Variations in spice level or taste preferences.
  • Personalized meals after preparation has started.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided during order placement.
  • If the premises are not accessible (e.g., gated societies), food will be left at reception or security.
  • Meals are packed in microwave-safe containers. Food is cooled before packing to prevent spillage. Please reheat before consuming.
